Founded by Debbie Squier and based in Clearwater, Florida, we are a boutique search firm that provides executive and non-executive recruiting services for direct selling, network marketing, party plan and e-commerce/social selling companies globally.
Our goal, first and foremost, is to listen to our clients to gain an understanding of their organizational and functional needs. In doing so, we help mitigate the expensive risk of making the wrong hiring decision. We take the time to understand your company, your values, your philosophy, your business and your culture. We view our clients as partners and work hard to maintain a mutually satisfying and rewarding relationship. Throughout the search process, we wish to provide you with customized and personalized service through regular and systematic communications.
We have conducted successful searches for a variety of positions and types of companies. Our clients range from start-ups to well-established organizations; from party plan to traditional network marketing organizations. Positions range from junior level management positions to senior level executive positions.
Established in 2008, we have successfully placed hundreds of executives globally for both established and start-up direct and social selling companies. With a broad talent database of over 5,000 individuals, we are able to quickly and efficiently provide direct sales companies with qualified candidates.

President IMPACT This Day and Co-Founder ITS
Debbie Squier is the President and Founder of IMPACT This Day which was established in 2008. Debbie started her career in the HR field as a Researcher and Assessor for a boutique HR consulting firm.
Debbie’s entry into the direct selling industry was as the Vice President of Operations and Human Resources with a direct selling supplier company. She has worked in the Direct Selling Industry for a number of years and this experience has provided her with an unparalleled network of contacts and established her credibility within the industry.
She is widely recognized for her integrity and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done in a manner that pleases her client base. As a result of Debbie’s commitment to excellence and work ethic, she had the pleasure of receiving the Supplier of the Year Award at DSA Canada’s Annual Conference.
Her depth of understanding of the industry, extensive network of contacts and commitment to excellence are key assets in delivering extraordinary service to her clients and the Boards on which she serves.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from University of South Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Debbie is a member of the Direct Selling Association, Direct Sellers Association Canada, Direct Selling Women’s Alliance, and has served on various committees for these organizations as well as serving with several non-profits including Dress For Success, Belle of the Ball and Springs of Hope.
Debbie is an avid runner and gym enthusiast. She enjoys playing tennis, watching football and hockey, the beach, travel and spending time with family and friends.
Co-Founder and President of ITS
Greg has over 30 years’ experience in direct selling consulting with businesses on strategy and guidance related to technology, enterprise software, digital sales force tools and professional services.
He holds multiple certifications including Computer Science, Accounting and Business Management, resides on DSA’s Technology Council, and has been a member of multiple DSA’s around the world.
In 1985 he started his career in direct selling as a software developer and eventually became Vice President of Sales and Marketing of four leading software firms in direct selling.
Being involved in hundreds of successful enterprise projects in over 33 countries around the world, he has become an industry expert helping businesses looking to enter direct selling to large multi-national organizations looking for global digital strategies.
As a trusted industry leader Greg has developed a broad network of relationships and business alliances based on integrity, confidence and exceptional service.
Marketing Manager and Research Assistant
Tasha Echeverri joined the organization in 2011 as the Marketing Coordinator of Impact This Day. While she continues to provide the marketing strategy for IMPACT This Day, she now has the additional responsibility of Research Associate, conducting candidate research and screenings for our searches.
Tasha is a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Spanish.
Tasha has quickly becoming an expert in assessing client needs and has a solid understanding of direct selling and the wide spectrum of talent that IMPACT this Day can provide to its client base.
In addition, with her education in communications, Tasha is instrumental in ensuring that IMPACT This Day’s messaging and use of technology effectively conveys the strengths and attributes of an organization dedicated to providing quality talent to their client base.
Tasha is a member of the Direct Selling Association. In her spare time, Tasha is an avid traveler with her husband and enjoys time reading and entertaining her two chocolate labs.
