WAI Cards

WAI (pronounced “Why”) Cards can help individuals understand their personal values, the things Which Are Important,  that  guide them in their personal and professional lives. The WAI Cards are pre-printed with words such as integrity, family, independence, passion and teamwork so that participants can identify and record the values which are most important  to them. The deck of cards can be used individually to understand your own values and with others to assist you in understanding the values which are important to them.
